Versatile application options The RasterPlan storage bins are ideal for clearly organised and handy storage and transport of screws, nails, bulk goods, small parts and even unpackaged food. They are made of impact- and shock-resistant polyethylene and are DGBM-protected. High-quality materials and construction Available in eight different box sizes and six brilliant colours, the storage bins are unbreakable, dimensionally stable and highly durable. The high-quality polyethylene (PE) ensures safe and ergonomic handling thanks to generously dimensioned, multi-reinforced recessed grips on both narrow sides (sizes 1 to 4). Also available with handle bar or can be retrofitted. Innovative design The specially shaped suspension bar on the back allows the RasterPlan slotted trays to be attached and detached absolutely horizontally, even when full (sizes 5 to 8), without spilling the contents. The all-round stacking edge is temperature-resistant from -40° to +80 °C, making it suitable for use even under extreme climatic conditions. Resistance and cleaning The storage bins are resistant to acids, oils and alkalis. Thanks to the smooth inner walls, easy and problem-free cleaning is guaranteed. They are food-safe and have a ribbed reinforcement on the base edges. Application optimisation Designed for use on conveyor and roller conveyors, the label holders with special clamping lugs provide a secure hold for labels to prevent them from slipping out. The storage bins are environmentally friendly and fully recyclable.
