Die genormten VDA-KLT-Behälterserien sind speziell auf die Logistikprozesse in der Automobilindustrie zugeschnitten. Traydon bietet als zertifizierter Hersteller die Behälterserien VDA-R-KLT und VDA-RL-KLT entsprechend den offiziellen VDA-Empfehlungen 4500 und 4504 an.
Die Behälter der Reihen RL-KLT zeichnen sich durch einen glatten Boden mit Wasserablauflöchern aus. Die Behälter der Serie VDA-R-KLT haben einen Verbundboden mit Stapelfüßen und einer Stapelnut.
VDA-KLT der Standard für die Automobilindustrie
Ein VDA-KLT ist eine standardisierte Kiste aus Kunststoff für die Logistik in der Automobilherstellung und der Zulieferindustrie. Die standardisierten Kleinladungsträger sind speziell nach den Anforderungen der Automobilindustrie zur Optimierung der Logistikkette zwischen Automobilhersteller und Zulieferindustrie entwickelt worden. Die VDA-KLT müssen hohe Qualitätsanforderungen und die Norm des VDA (Verband der Automobilindustrie) erfüllen. Die KLT-Boxen werden zwar vorrangig in der Automobilindustrie eingesetzt, mittlerweile werden sie jedoch auch in vielen anderen Industriebereichen verwendet.
Automobilhersteller und Zulieferer der Automobilbranche (OEM) verwenden die KLT für die Lagerung und den Transport von Kleinteilen. Die KLT-Boxen sind in Grundmaßen 300 x 200 mm, 400 x 300 mm und 600 x 400 mm erhältlich. Die stapelbaren Kleinladungsträger sind auf Paletten mit einer Grundfläche von 120 x 80 cm (Euromaß) und 120 x 100 cm (Industriemaß) abgestimmt. Die KLT-Behälter sind speziell für automatisierte Fertigungsprozesse entwickelt worden. Sie sind für hohe Belastungen und den Einsatz in der Ziehtechnik sowie für Greifvorrichtungen konstruiert. Alle Kleinladungsträger sind mit ergonomischen Handgriffen und integrierten Etikettenhaltern ausgestattet.
Für die Reihen VDA-R-KLT und VDA-RL-KLT sind passende Auflagedeckel und Abdeckplatten für Paletten erhältlich. Alle VDA-R- und RL-KLT-Behälter, Deckel, Paletten und Paletten-Abdeckplatten erhalten Sie auch in ESD-Material.
