Your order—delivered as quickly as possible. We make every effort to dispatch your order promptly.

For immediately available items, the delivery period is typically 3–5 business days within Germany. Actual delivery times may vary by product, manufacturer, or shipping method. Please refer to the product detail page for a specific estimate.

Non-stock items (“Fresh from the factory”)

Items not in stock are ordered directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times are indicative and depend on manufacturer availability.

We ship via parcel service or freight forwarding, depending on size and weight.

Shipping Costs on Request

Some products are marked “Shipping costs on request.” For these items, you will receive a separate shipping quotation via email after placing your order. Your order will not be binding until you have accepted this quotation.

Transparent pricing: Rates depend on destination postal code, total weight, and shipping method (standard, pallet, express) to offer the most cost-effective option.

Deliveries are made without unloading, carrying, or installation.
Orders may be split into multiple partial shipments.
For exports outside the EU or to special zones (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, Channel Islands), individual shipping conditions and customs regulations apply.
