Scope
These terms apply to orders placed via traydon-shop.de and deliveries to Germany (DE), Austria (AT), and the Benelux countries (BE/NL/LU). Deviations are valid only if confirmed in writing.
Prices & VAT
All prices are in Euro, quoted net of VAT and excluding shipping costs. Pricing and technical errors excepted.

Delivery Times
Stock items (DE): typically 3–5 business days.
Austria & Benelux: depends on product and method; see product detail page for the specific estimate.
Non-stock items (“fresh from the factory”): ordered directly from the manufacturer; times are indicative and subject to availability.
For prepayment, the delivery period starts after receipt of funds.
Shipping Costs on Request
For items marked “Shipping costs on request”, you will receive a separate shipping quotation via e-mail after placing your order. Your order becomes binding only after you have accepted the quote. Rates depend on destination postal code, total weight, and method (standard, pallet, express).
Risk Transfer & Acceptance
B2B: Risk passes when the goods are handed over to the carrier. The customer ensures acceptance at the agreed time; additional costs (re-delivery, storage, waiting times) are borne by the customer if attributable to them.
Inspection & Transport Damage
Please inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Record visible damage on the freight documents and notify us without delay. Report concealed damage within 7 days.
Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Traydon GmbH until paid in full.
Invoicing
Invoices are provided electronically via e-mail; a paper copy can be sent upon request.
Returns
Please coordinate returns with our customer service in advance. We cannot accept freight-collect shipments. Returns outside statutory/contractual rights are at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Export & Customs
For deliveries outside the EU or to special zones (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, Channel Islands), individual shipping, tax and customs rules apply. Any fees, taxes and duties are borne by the recipient.
