The ®RasterPlan longitudinal divider for LSK size 1, measuring L 500 x H 250 mm, impresses with its galvanised surface. This product offers an efficient solution for almost any storage and organisation problem. In combination with the versatile application possibilities of the ®RasterPlan system, screws, nails, loose bulk goods, small parts and even unpackaged food can be stored and transported clearly and within easy reach.

Material and construction

The ®RasterPlan storage bins are made of impact and shock-resistant polyethylene, DGBM protected. There is a choice of eight different box sizes in six brilliant colours. These boxes are break-proof, dimensionally stable and can withstand heavy loads. The high-quality polyethylene (PE) guarantees a long service life and reliability.

Ergonomic design

Ergonomic handling is facilitated by generously dimensioned, multi-reinforced recessed grips on both narrow sides (sizes 1 to 4). These are also optionally available with a handle bar or can be retrofitted. The specially shaped suspension bar on the back allows the tray to be hung and unhooked absolutely horizontally from the ®RasterPlan slotted plates, even when fully loaded (sizes 5 to 8), which prevents the contents from spilling.

Technical features

The storage bins are temperature-resistant from -40° to +80 °C and can therefore also be used under extreme climatic conditions. They are resistant to acids, oils and alkalis and are easy to clean thanks to their smooth inner walls. The food-safe ribbed reinforcement on the base edges makes them ideal for use on conveyor and roller conveyors.

Additional features

The label holder is equipped with special clamping lugs that prevent the labels from slipping out. The storage bins are also environmentally friendly and fully recyclable.
