RasterPlan labels, transparent, offer an efficient solution for your storage and organisation needs. The use of RasterPlan storage bins, alone or in combination with the versatile RasterPlan system, enables optimal storage and handling of screws, nails, loose bulk goods, small parts and even unpackaged food.
Material and construction
The RasterPlan storage bins are made of impact and shock-resistant polyethylene and come in eight different sizes in six brilliant colours. These bins are break-proof, dimensionally stable and designed for heavy-duty use.
Ergonomic design
Thanks to generously dimensioned, multi-reinforced recessed grips on both narrow sides (sizes 1 to 4), safe and ergonomic handling is guaranteed. They are also available with a handle bar or can be retrofitted.
Suspension system
The specially moulded suspension bar on the back allows the RasterPlan slotted panels to be hung and suspended absolutely horizontally, even when full (sizes 5 to 8), which prevents the contents from spilling.
Resistance and cleaning
The boxes are temperature-resistant from -40° to +80°C and can therefore be used in extreme climatic conditions. They are resistant to acids, oils and alkalis. The smooth inner walls make cleaning easy and problem-free, and the boxes are food-safe.
Reinforcement and transport
Ribbed reinforcements on the base edges make the crates ideal for use on conveyor and roller conveyors. The label holder with special clamping lugs prevents the labels from slipping out.
