The RasterPlan storage bins offer a comprehensive solution for almost any storage and organisation problem. These containers, compatible with the versatile RasterPlan system, enable the clear and handy storage and transport of screws, nails, bulk goods, small parts and even unpackaged foodstuffs.
Material and construction
The storage bins are made of impact and shock-resistant polyethylene (PE), which is DGBM-protected. They are available in eight different sizes and six brilliant colours. Their design ensures break resistance, dimensional stability and high load-bearing capacity.
Ergonomic design
Thanks to generously dimensioned, multi-reinforced recessed grips on both narrow sides (sizes 1 to 4), safe and ergonomic handling is guaranteed. The crates are also available with a handle bar or can be retrofitted.
Special hanging rail
For sizes 5 to 8, there is a specially moulded suspension bar on the back, which enables horizontal attachment and detachment from the RasterPlan slotted panels, even when full. This prevents the contents from spilling.
Environmentally friendly properties
The storage bins are temperature-resistant from -40° to +80°C and can therefore also be used under extreme climatic conditions. They are resistant to acids, oils and alkalis and are easy to clean thanks to their smooth inner walls. The crates are food-safe and have ribbed reinforcement on the base edges, making them ideal for use on conveyor and roller conveyors.
Label holder
The label holder is equipped with special clamping lugs that prevent the labels from slipping out. The storage bins are environmentally friendly and fully recyclable.
