Heavy-duty enclosure Empty enclosure/Mod 40
The heavy-duty cabinet empty enclosure/Mod 40, measuring 1950 x 1000 x 600 mm, is available in the colours RAL 7035/7016. The model comes without a centre partition and features a ®RasterPlan slotted panel on the inside of the door, which enables efficient organisation.
Robustness and load capacity
This cabinet is specially designed for storing heavy loads. All models in our heavy-duty cabinet series can bear loads of up to 1.65 tonnes. The cabinet base alone can bear loads of up to 400 kg. These properties make it ideal for storing heavy tools such as embossing and cutting dies.
Construction and safety
The extremely stable, welded steel construction with hard-soldered corners has an impact- and scratch-resistant plastic coating. The body is finished in light grey. The front-mounted doors ensure smooth fronts and offer an opening angle of over 200°, supported by a continuous linkage system.
Doors and drawers
The enclosure is equipped with double-walled, reinforced doors, which are available as perforated and slotted panel doors as well as window doors. The telescopic drawers offer a full-extension runner and a load capacity of 110 kg. The drawers are available in three heights and can be retrofitted on request.
Shelves and lock
The galvanised shelves have a load capacity of 160 kg, optionally up to 200 kg, and are adjustable in 25 mm increments. A three-bolt security cylinder lock provides the necessary security. Additional group or master keys are available on request.
