Robust construction and load capacity
The heavy-duty empty enclosure/Mod 40 is specially designed for industrial applications. With an impressive load capacity of up to 1.65 t without a centre partition, it offers secure storage of the heaviest tools and materials. The cabinet base alone can carry loads of up to 400 kg g.v.l., making it ideal for embossing and punching moulds.
Sturdy construction
The extremely stable, welded steel construction is hard-soldered at the corners. The impact and scratch-resistant plastic coating in RAL 7035/5010 ensures durability and an attractive appearance. The front-mounted doors with an opening angle of over 200° ensure a smooth front.
Flexible interior fittings
The interior of the cupboard is equipped with a RasterPlan perforated panel, which enables customisation. Telescopic drawers with full-extension runners offer a drawer load capacity of 110 kg g.v.L. and are available in three heights. Galvanised shelves with a load capacity of 160 or optionally 200 kg g.v.l. are adjustable in 25 mm increments.
Safety and protection
For maximum security, the heavy-duty cabinet is fitted with a three-bolt security cylinder lock. Additional group or master keys are available on request. Wall or floor anchoring is recommended to further increase stability.
Additional features
The cabinet has double-walled, reinforced doors with perforated and slotted panel doors as well as viewing window doors. These features not only provide protection, but also the ability to quickly and easily identify the contents.
