Heavy-duty cabinet without centre partition
The heavy-duty cabinet Mod 46, RAL 7035, measures 1950 x 1000 x 600 mm and offers a robust solution for industrial applications. The inside of the door is fitted with a ®RasterPlan perforated panel, supplemented by three galvanised shelves and three drawers with heights of 100 mm, 125 mm and 175 mm.
Outstanding load capacity
This cabinet is designed for a load capacity of up to 1.65 tonnes, with the cabinet base alone being able to support up to 400 kg g.v.l.. This makes it ideal for storing heavy tools such as embossing and cutting dies.
Sturdy construction
The extremely stable, welded steel construction with hard-soldered corners has an impact- and scratch-resistant plastic coating. The body is finished in light grey and the smooth fronts are achieved by pre-fitted doors with an opening angle of over 200°.
Extended security features
The enclosure has a full-length rod guide and double-walled, reinforced doors with perforated and slotted panel doors as well as viewing window doors. Telescopic drawers offer a full extension and a drawer load capacity of 110 kg g.v.L. The drawer heights can be retrofitted on request.
Flexible storage solutions
The galvanised shelves offer a load capacity of 160 kg, optionally 200 kg g.v.L., and are adjustable in 25 mm increments. A three-bolt security cylinder lock provides additional protection, and additional group or master keys are available on request.
Wall or floor anchoring is recommended for maximum stability.
