The heavy-duty cabinet without centre partition, dimensions 1950 x 1000 x 600 mm, in the colours RAL 7035/7016, is specially designed for storing heavy tools. The inside of the door is fitted with a ®RasterPlan slotted panel and offers two galvanised shelves as well as one drawer with a height of 100 mm, two drawers with a height of 125 mm and two drawers with a height of 175 mm.
Load capacity and construction
With a total load capacity of up to 1.65 tonnes, this cabinet is ideal for storing the heaviest tools such as embossing and punching dies. The cabinet base alone can carry up to 400 kg of evenly distributed load (g.v.L.). Wall or floor anchoring is recommended to ensure maximum stability.
Design and functionality
The extremely stable, welded steel construction is hard-soldered at the corners and has an impact- and scratch-resistant plastic coating. The body is light grey, while the smooth fronts impress with pre-fitted doors with an opening angle of over 200°. The continuous rod guidance and the double-walled reinforced doors offer additional security.
Drawers and shelves
The telescopic drawers with full-extension runners offer a load capacity of 110 kg g.v.L. and are available in three heights, which can be retrofitted on request. The galvanised shelves have a load capacity of 160 kg, optionally 200 kg g.f.l., and are adjustable in 25 mm increments.
Safety and accessories
A three-bolt security cylinder lock ensures optimum protection. Additional group or master keys are available on request to control access individually.
