Heavy-duty cabinet Mod 42

The heavy-duty cabinet without centre partition, dimensions 1950 x 1000 x 600 mm, RAL 7035, offers a robust solution for industrial applications. The inside of the door is fitted with ®RasterPlan slotted panels and has 3 galvanised shelves and 2 drawers with a height of 175 mm.

Outstanding load capacity

This cabinet is designed for extreme loads, with a total load capacity of up to 1.65 tonnes. The cabinet base alone can support up to 400 kg, making it ideal for storing the heaviest tools such as embossing and cutting dies. Wall or floor anchoring is recommended.

Sturdy construction

The extremely sturdy steel construction is welded and hard-soldered at the corners. The body is light grey and has an impact- and scratch-resistant plastic coating. The smooth fronts are characterised by pre-fitted doors with an opening angle of over 200°.

Extended functions

The enclosure has full-length rod guides and double-walled, reinforced doors, which are available as perforated and slotted panel doors or with viewing windows. The telescopic drawers offer full extension and a load capacity of 110 kg.

Flexible customisation

The drawers are available in 3 heights and can be retrofitted on request. The galvanised shelves have a load capacity of 160 kg, optionally 200 kg, and are adjustable in 25 mm increments.

Safety and accessibility

A three-bolt security cylinder lock ensures optimum protection. Additional group or master keys are available on request to optimise access.
