Do I need to register to place an order in the Traydon online shop?
No. You can place an order as a guest. However, for business customers we recommend creating an account, as it offers additional features and a faster checkout process.
How can I register as a customer?
Add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You can create a customer account during the checkout process or continue as a guest.
Is my data secure when I register?
Yes. Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Data is only passed on where necessary to fulfill the contract (e.g. shipping service providers).
What information is available in my user account?
In your user account, you can view and manage your personal data, billing and delivery addresses, and your previous orders including their status.
Can I view my previous orders?
Yes. Your customer account contains an overview of all completed orders and their current status.
How can I change my account details?
Log in to your customer account and update your information under the “Personal data” section.
How can I delete my user account?
You can request the deletion of your account directly in your customer account or by contacting our customer service.
Products
Is there a warranty on Traydon products?
The statutory warranty rights apply. For private customers, the warranty period is generally two years. For business customers, the warranty period is one year, where legally permissible.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Many products can be ordered from a single unit. For certain items or custom-made products, minimum quantities may apply and are indicated on the product page.
Are special versions or custom colors available?
Depending on the product, special colors, dimensions, or project-specific solutions may be available. Please use the “Request a quote” option or contact our sales team.
Are volume discounts available?
Yes. Many products offer quantity-based tier pricing, which is transparently displayed on the product detail page.
How do I find the right product for my application?
For technical or complex products, we recommend personal consultation. Our team will be happy to assist you by phone or email.
Which standards and tolerances apply to the products?
Many products comply with relevant DIN, EN, or ISO standards. The applicable specifications are listed in the product description or technical data sheet.

Which payment methods are available?
Depending on customer type, country of delivery, and credit assessment, the following payment methods may be available:

Is purchase on account possible?
Yes, exclusively for business customers after successful credit assessment and, where applicable, an existing business relationship. Traydon reserves the right to exclude this payment method in individual cases.
When will my order be shipped if I pay in advance?
Orders paid by advance payment will be shipped only after full payment has been received.
Is payment by installments possible?
No, installment payments are currently not offered.
Orders
When do I order as a private customer and when as a business customer?
If you order on behalf of a company or for commercial use, you are considered a business customer. Orders for private use must be placed as a private customer.
Can I switch between private and business customer views?
Yes. The customer view can be changed in the shop. Please note that prices, taxes, and conditions may vary depending on the selected view.
Can I request an individual quotation?
Yes. We are happy to provide individual quotations for larger quantities, project inquiries, or customized solutions.
Delivery & Shipping
Can I track the status of my delivery?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information.
How is the order shipped?
Depending on size and weight, orders are shipped either by parcel service or by freight forwarding company.
Can I specify a delivery date?
For freight shipments, delivery appointments may be arranged subject to availability of the goods and the transport service provider’s capacity.
How high are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on destination country, weight, and shipping method and are displayed transparently during checkout. For certain products, shipping costs are provided upon request.
How are freight deliveries handled?
Freight deliveries are usually made curbside at the property boundary accessible by truck, without unloading, carrying inside, or installation.
Complaints & Returns
Can I return products?
Business customers generally do not have a right of withdrawal. For private customers, statutory withdrawal rights apply. Custom-made products are excluded from returns.
Who bears the cost of return shipping?
In the case of justified complaints, Traydon covers the return shipping costs. For withdrawals by private customers, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
How do I proceed in case of a complaint?
Please contact our customer service with a description of the issue, photos if possible, and your order number. Our support team will get back to you promptly.
