Speziell für Fleisch und Wurstwaren bietet Traydon Fleischkisten im Euromaß 600 x 400 mm an. Die stapelbaren Fleischbehälter sind speziell für die Anforderungen der Fleischindustrie entwickelt worden. Das Produktprogramm umfasst die roten Eurofleischbehälter E1, E2 und E3 sowie Brühwurstbehälter und die neue Fleischbehälterserie E Performance. Alle Fleischkisten von Traydon erfüllen höchste Qualitätsansprüche. Die Fleischkisten werden aus garantiert lebensmittelechtem Material hergestellt.
E Performance effizienter, sicherer, besser!
Die neue Fleischbehälterserie E Performance wurde auf Initiative der Fleischbranche mit Unterstützung der GS1 Germany in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Handel und der Fleischwirtschaft entwickelt. Als Hersteller von Mehrwegtransportverpackungen mit genauen Marktkenntnissen der Fleischbranche ist Traydon an der Produktentwicklung der E Performance maßgeblich beteiligt gewesen.
Die Vorteile der Eurofleischbehälter E Performance
- Die hellblaue Farbe ist ein Garant für Qualität und Sicherheit. Die blauen Bruchstücke des Fleischkastens sind im Fleisch deutlich besser zu erkennen, als die von roten Eurobehältern. Zudem erschwert die hellblaue Behälterfarbe den Einsatz von nicht lebensmittelkonformem Recyclingmaterial. Ein Missbrauch bei der Materialauswahl wird ausgeschlossen.
- Die E Performance ist besonders stabil und langlebig. Durch die verbesserte Bodengeometrie und Eckkonstruktion ist diese Behältergeneration ideal für das automatische Handling in der Lager-, Transport- und Fördertechnik geeignet. Bei der maschinellen Reinigung zeichnen sich die Fleischkisten durch eine geringere Wasserverschleppung aus. Die Fleischbehälter kommen bereits trockener aus der Waschanlage.
- Für die Rückverfolgbarkeit und Identifizierung innerhalb der Lieferkette sowie zur Verbesserung des Behältermanagements verfügt die Eurokiste E Performance an jeder Seite über ein Inmouldlabel. Die Inmouldlabel werden im Herstellungsprozess fest mit dem Kunststoff verbunden. Dadurch sind sie langlebig, hygienisch und halten industriellen Waschprozessen stand. Die vom GS1 vergebene Codierung gewährleistet die eindeutige Identifizierung jeder Fleischkiste.
- Fleischwaren werden in der E Performance hygienisch transportiert, da die Behälterform und die glatten Oberflächen besonders reinigungsfreundlich sind. Der Fleischkasten hat an allen vier Seiten Noppenfelder. Klebeetiketten haften auf den Noppen optimal, lassen sich beim Waschen aber dennoch sehr gut entfernen.
